Under section 58 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 you can ask the Registrar to suspend your licence for a specified period. You cannot suspend your licence retrospectively. At the end of the period you specify, your licence will automatically revive.
It is important to note that you cannot carry out any real estate agency work during the period that your licence is suspended.
