Can I object to a licence?

Under section 40 of the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 you can object to the issue of a licence. You can only object on the grounds specified in this section of the Act.  

You must object to the Registrar within 14 days of the applicant's second advertisement in respect of the licence sought.
