The Authority has the power, through its practice rules, to require licensees to undertake continuing education. At present there are no continuing education requirements set by the Authority.
If the Authority decides to introduce continuing education provisions, it can decide what the requirements are and what form the continuing education will take. Completion of any continuing education requirements will be a condition of licensing renewal.
