Kristy McDonald, QC has extensive experience as a litigation lawyer and a Crown prosecutor and was made Queen's Counsel in 1999. She has provided advice and representation for private clients, the Crown and a number of State agencies in a wide range of matters over the past 28 years.
Kristy has undertaken and assisted with a number of independent Ministerial and other inquiries, and has chaired and advised a number of statutory bodies and Tribunals. In 2008 Kristy was appointed Chair of the Judicial Control Authority for Racing.
Kristy was appointed to the position of Chairperson for the Real Estate Agents Authority in May 2009.
