Please email the Real Estate Agents Authority’s Communications & Marketing team if you have any questions or comments about our social media.

Communications via Social Media

If you follow us on Twitter, you can potentially receive several tweets a day. If you follow us on LinkedIn, you can expect several updates a week.

Our tweets, posts and updates may include a wide variety of information about our work including media releases, recruitment information, promotion of our services, consumer information, some complaint decisions, and retweets.

We may follow organisations and individuals on Twitter who are relevant to the us. We will not usually follow individuals; however, we may do so temporarily to allow direct messages.

We will attempt to answer your questions; however, we can’t enter into political discussions or discuss specific cases or complaints. Where we have published a decision about a specific case or complaint, we will provide a link to information published in REAA's decisions database.
