About the Licensee Portal

The Licensee Portal lets you quickly and easily manage your licence online.

You can use ​the License​e Portal to renew your licence, voluntarily suspend your licence, pay your annual suspension fee, extend your suspension, and view and update your details.​

At the moment you can not use the Licensee Portal to revive, surrender or apply for a licence.

Logging in to the Licensee Portal 

The first time you login you will need
  • ​A RealMe Login (which you may already have).  If you don’t have a RealMe login, when you try and login to the Licensee Portal you will be asked to create a RealMe username and password. This is an easy process and all you need to provide is your name and contact details and choose your security questions.
  • Your licence number. If you don't know your licence number you can check it on the Public Register​
  • Your full name. 
  • Your date of birth.

Renewing your licence

You can renew an individual or company licence on the Licensee Portal up to six weeks before it expires – we will still send you a reminder by email.

All renewals need to be done using the Licensee Portal.  If for some reason you can’t use the Licensee Portal, please get in touch with us.

Voluntarily suspending your licence

You can voluntarily susp​end an individual or company licence on the Licensee Portal at any time.

If your licence is already suspended voluntarily, you can pay your annual fee or extend your suspension o​nline using the Licensee Portal.

All voluntary licence suspensions need to be done using the Licensee Portal.  If for some reason you can’t use the Licensee Portal, please get in touch with us.

Viewing and updating your details

You can update your contact and employment details at any time. You can also view your verifiable continuing education information. Principal and eligible officers can update their agency information and employment records.

Changes of circumstances need to be done using the Licensee Portal.  If for some reason you can’t use the Licensee Portal, please get in touch with us.

It has not been designed for smartphones and smaller tablets
